Tenants

Holding Deposit amount

A sum equal to 1 weeks rent  

Security Deposit amount

5 weeks’ rent for annual rents up to £50,000pa
6 weeks’ rent for annual rents from £50,001pa to £100,000pa

Change of tenancy terms charge

A reasonable charge based on the actual cost to us.

Interest charge on rent arrears

Charged at 3% above the Bank of England Base Rate on sums that are overdue by 14 days or more

Replacement of lost key/access fob

A reasonable charge based on the actual cost to us.
