Golden Eagle International are very proud to manage one of the largest portfolios of property of any independent estate agent in London. Our management team have some of the highest technical awards given by the National Association of Estate Agents. They are also legally trained in contractual compliance and have a strong knowledge of the laws and procedures surrounding the management of rental property.

Each property is individually assessed on its needs and a detailed report is made. Proactive maintenance takes places monthly or quarterly and quarterly visits enable the management and maintenance team to prevent any issues developing into problems.

Safety certificates are done as and when legally required and contracts for utilities are reviewed annually, renegotiated if needed in order toi ensure the best value for money.
