About Golden Eagle International
Golden Eagle International was opened in 1985 by Radi Siha as a residential
estate agents in central London dealing in sales, lettings and management
to the international market. Over the years Radi bought and sold many residential
properties on behalf of international clientele and quickly built up a name
for himself for being honest and reliable in his dealings.
As the company expanded a new office was needed thus in 1992 the company moved from a small office in Crawford Street, Marylebone, to its current office building on Portman street just off Portman square.
As the Golden Eagle Brand Spread, people with Larger Budgets were approaching Radi asking for more specific real estate than just individual apartments, thus the company started moving into investing and trading in residential and mixed use schemes in central London, on behalf of family trusts and international investors.
In 2004 Radi’s Son Paul joined the Company after being educated at a top London business school, and with a second family member overseeing the day to day running, the company started going through a second organic expansion. With Paul taking over the “agency” side of the business that left Radi to concentrate on expanding the investment portfolio, working with a team of advisors to actively manage the portfolio and acquire key assets that have increased in value.
Today Golden Eagle have a strong market presence and good reputation in a market where “estate and letting agents” open and close on a monthly basis. Our strong relationships with Embassies, Banking institutions, international business organisations and International Governments has helped us get to the size we are today.
We analyse the market regularly, as well as our own corporate infrastructure and staff and often fine tune the way we work depending on the state of the market, we are strong believers in reinvesting into the company and our staff as well as the community and we often work closely with the local hospitals, police station and fire services
Looking towards Golden Eagle has a continuous steady organic expansion plan, we don’t plan to over expand during future property booms, as we do plan to be around afterwards, we will never financially overstretch ourselves and never acquire more property than we can actively manage. Most importantly we will always stick to our basic morals, of good customer/client relationships, good work ethics and going the extra mile to keep our tenants and clients happy.
